Made-to-order pieces will ship within 5 buisness days.
Ready to Ship pieces will ship within 1-3 business days.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation including your shipment's tracking information.
This processing time does not include sale periods or holidays.

Canada 

Canada Post Expedited (3-7 Business Days): $25.00 CAD
Canada Post Xpresspost (1-3 Business Days): $35.00 CAD

USA

USA Tracked Parcel (6-14 Business Days): $20.00 CAD
USA Xpresspost (3-6 Business Days): $35.00

We offer free tracked shipping on orders over $250 CAD to Canada and the US. 

International

Canada Post Tracked Packet (7-10 Business days): $40.00 CAD
Canada Post Xpresspost (4-7 Business Days) $100 CAD

Duties & Taxes

Canada

Customers placing orders within British Columbia will be charged provincial sales tax. 

International 

If you are placing an international order with Ashlee Rae Jewelry, it's important to note that your order will be shipped out DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid). This means that duties, fees, and/or import taxes may be incurred upon delivery, as these are government-imposed tariffs.
Please note that Ashlee Rae Jewelry is not responsible for any duties, fees, or import taxes incurred on international shipments.

Delayed/Lost Packages

Once your package is shipped, the responsibility for its safe delivery lies with the shipping carrier. Ashlee Rae Jewelry cannot be held liable for delays in delivery or lost packages. If you need assistance or have any questions about your shipment, please reach out to us at info@ashleeraejewelry.com. 

Return Policy

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@ashleeraejewelry.com.
If your return is accepted, we will contact you with the return address.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be refunded.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon recept and contact us immediately if there is any issue.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Made-to-order items are not eligible for exchange or return. 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
To make an exchange, contact us for authorization and further instructions. Exchanges must be initated within 10 days of recieving item. 

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, and in its original packaging. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 10 business days have passed since we refunded your return, contact your financial institution.
