Each piece of jewelry is individually packaged to prevent scratching, tangling, or damage during transit. We include gift boxes and jewelry pouches in every order.

If you are unable to locate your package, we suggest reaching out to the transportation company to request a Proof of Delivery and checking with your neighbors or housemates if they have received the package on your behalf.
